About the role#
The IT Systems Administrator Co-op role provides an opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and business partners. You will receive training and mentorship from senior IT team members while contributing to daily operations and infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Participate in IT projects and programs.
- Support the Head of IT Operations.
- Manage and resolve support tickets.
- Create and update Knowledge Base (KB) documentation.
- Coordinate support activities using FreshService and Atlassian applications.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong background in Windows OS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities in a busy environment.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Lexington, Massachusetts.
- The position is for the Winter 2027 term.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
