    About the role#

    We are looking for an engineering student to join our Process Engineering group for a 6-month, full-time co-op. You will support oligonucleotide manufacturing and various capital projects at our Lexington, Massachusetts site. This role offers the chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering and facilities activities within a GMP environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist the Process Engineering team with executing project deliverables.
    • Draft technical and quality documents.
    • Troubleshoot and maintain GMP process equipment.
    • Support manufacturing investigations and related site activities.
    • Interpret engineering documents, including process and instrumentation diagrams.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelor-level degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
    • A track record of successfully delivering projects and achieving goals.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
    • Ability to lift objects weighing between 25 and 50 pounds.

    Location & details#

    • This is an on-site position based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
    • The term for this co-op is Winter 2027.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
