    About the role#

    This is a 6-month co-op program based in Princeton, New Jersey. The role runs from January 2027 through June 2027. You will work in a project-based environment, supporting one of three functional areas: package innovation, development, or technical transfer. You will gain exposure to leadership, professional development, and networking events.

    What you'll do#

    • Support packaging innovation, development, and technical transfer projects.
    • Perform testing and manage documentation for packaging assignments.
    • Work in cross-functional teams and independently to implement solutions based on data.
    • Travel to plants and suppliers as needed.
    • Learn to interface with company systems, run reports, and use tools like CAD or prototyping equipment.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student with at least two years of college coursework completed.
    • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Packaging Science or Packaging Engineering.
    • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
    • US Work Authorization is required.

    • Schedule: Full-time.
    • Compensation: This is a paid position. A housing stipend is available for students living more than 30 miles from the work site.
