About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for first-year, full-time MBA students. You will join a brand team to work on projects that address current business needs. The program runs from late May to early August 2027. You will gain exposure to executive leadership through a speaker series and work within a mid-sized organization that balances entrepreneurial tasks with corporate resources.
What you'll do#
- Own specific business-building projects that address current business needs.
- Gain hands-on experience in business strategy, market analysis, market research, innovation, and creative development.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and external agencies.
- Present findings to senior leadership.
- Participate in department-wide training sessions on digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year, full-time MBA student, ideally with a marketing concentration.
- At least 1 year of professional work experience.
- Ability to commit to 10 weeks in Ewing, New Jersey during the summer of 2027.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
