About the role#
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a 6-month Global Quality Co-Op program based in Princeton, New Jersey. This full-time, paid position runs from Summer 2027 through Fall 2027. You will work with one of our specialized teams, such as Contract Manufacturing Quality, Business & Product Quality, Technical Services Quality, or Manufacturing Quality. This role requires a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.
What you'll do#
- Monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Support root cause investigations and help develop corrective action plans.
- Communicate quality issue status and remediation plans to internal partners across operations, R&D, and supply chain departments.
- Process, analyze, and report on statistical data from manufacturing and measurement sources.
- Research manufacturing processes to identify and recommend improvements, particularly for monitoring technology.
- Provide general project support to the Global Quality team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Completion of at least three years of coursework (rising Senior).
- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MiniTab.
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and competing priorities.
- US Authorization (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or Permanent Resident).
