About the role#
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a 6-month undergraduate co-op program starting in May 2027. This full-time role provides exposure to global supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, lean manufacturing, and logistics. You will participate in a summer speaker series, networking events, and a final capstone presentation for leadership.
What you'll do#
- Consolidate strategic plans and present findings to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Support initiatives to drive operational excellence using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Assist with account and project support, including tracking performance targets like case fill and on-time delivery.
- Conduct industry and market research to support data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Manage transportation and warehouse activities for assigned plants and co-packers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student with at least two years of completed coursework.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience managing multiple timelines and competing priorities.
- US Work Authorization is required.

- The role follows a hybrid schedule during the summer, with remote work during the school semester.
