About the role#
Wave Life Sciences is hiring a Software Development Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. You will join an agile development team to build custom scientific applications. These tools support internal partners in their research. You will work on projects that require varying levels of frontend and backend design skills.
What you'll do#
- Write, document, and maintain code.
- Participate in agile processes and attend development team meetings.
- Provide constructive feedback to your team members.
- Improve your technical skills while working on real projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Completion of at least two programming courses.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with source code version control systems.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work well in a team.
