    About the role#

    This is a 6-month co-op position for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. You will join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to gain hands-on experience in health-tech software development and automation. This role is full-time and requires you to work on-site at our facility.

    What you'll do#

    • Automate deployments of virtual Patient Monitoring Solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
    • Design and write automation code in collaboration with application development teams.
    • Identify manual processes and replace them with automated solutions.
    • Conduct system testing, setup, and teardown to ensure performance and reliability.
    • Proactively suggest and implement improvements for existing automation workflows.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience with automation or development using Python, Java, or C#/.NET.
    • Familiarity with Visual Studio, GitHub, and Azure DevOps Service.
    • Knowledge of Windows OS, command line tools, PowerShell scripting, and application installation.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.

    • Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
    • Compensation: Bachelor level students are paid $29-36 per hour, and Master level students are paid $33-46 per hour. This role is overtime eligible.
    • Requirements: US work authorization is required. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
