About the role#
The Financial Information Systems (FIS) team manages the global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system and leads process improvements within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This internship role supports the team by assisting with project management, gathering requirements, and developing reports. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology to support system users and enhance the application suite.
What you'll do#
- Meet with project owners and stakeholders to gather and deliver status updates.
- Gather requirements for building reports in Oracle EPM and PowerBi.
- Assist with the validation of finance data.
- Participate in project meetings and take notes.
- Help develop finance reports.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a B.A. degree, preferably in finance or computer science.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A desire to learn and adapt to new digital systems and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The role follows a hybrid work model.
