About the role#
This internship with our Risk Accounting and Advisory Services team focuses on supporting client business needs. You will work on projects involving internal controls, accounting transactions, and process improvements. This role offers exposure to business drivers while allowing you to contribute to strategies that impact client operations.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Create standardized financial reporting packages, including trend analysis and KPIs.
- Build accounting and finance tools and templates for future client use.
- Partner with consultants and clients to develop recommendations for improvement.
- Assist teams in implementing GAAP standards, such as cash to GAAP conversions, at client sites.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minor in accounting.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to work as a detail-oriented leader.

- This is a full-time, paid position.
- This role may require work hours exceeding 40 hours per week and some local, national, or international travel.
