About the role#
This Software Engineering Co-op position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. You will work with a team of developers who provide mentorship and guidance. This role offers the chance to learn about various areas of the business while contributing to real projects.
What you'll do#
- Work with a diverse team to develop software in an agile-like environment.
- Shadow software engineers to learn daily tasks and perform duties under supervision.
- Contribute to feature development by completing small to medium sized issues.
- Participate in code reviews and help write software documentation.
- Test software to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.
- Assess new ideas and contribute to the development of new applications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited university, specifically in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Ability to work effectively within a software engineering team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Interest in learning about Cloud-Native App Development, DevSecOps, UI/UX, AI/ML, or Algorithm Development.
- Ability to perform office tasks, including using a keyboard and lifting up to 25 lbs.
