About the role#
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Co-op to join our IT Security team for a six-month full-time assignment. You will work alongside security engineers and IT leaders to protect our systems, data, and people. This role offers exposure to threat monitoring, vulnerability management, identity initiatives, and third-party risk assessments.
What you'll do#
- Monitor alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and escalate incidents within the Security Operations Center.
- Schedule, run, and review vulnerability scans across endpoints, servers, and cloud environments.
- Contribute to Zero Trust projects, such as passwordless authentication and biometric access controls.
- Review security questionnaires to support the evaluation of IT vendors and managed service providers.
- Design, execute, and analyze phishing simulations and security awareness campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Computer Science or a related field.
- A strong background in Windows OS.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage responsibilities in a busy environment.
- The capacity to complete routine tasks independently as you gain technical and problem-solving skills.

- This position is based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
- This is an on-site, full-time role for the Winter 2027 term.
