About the role#
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) internship provides a professional work experience in business operations. You will gain insight into how the company functions through planned activities and assignments. The program is designed to build a foundation for a career in business operations.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments within an operations and business development curriculum. This may include work in areas like operational effectiveness, project leadership using Agile, data and analytics, or technology enablement.
- Collaborate with other interns to develop and present solutions to specific business and operations topics.
- Use analytical and AI platforms to evaluate the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Network with leadership and management during company events such as the Intern Symposium.
- Gain exposure to functional teams including finance, underwriting, actuarial, and product.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
- Experience with leadership fundamentals, such as managing a team, leading a project, or serving in a student organization.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
- The term runs during the summer of 2027.
- This role is on-site.
