About the role#
This team builds reporting and dashboard solutions to provide operational insights across the organization. You will support analytics initiatives by querying data, building dashboards, and working with stakeholders to meet business needs. The role requires a mix of analytical and technical skills, including the use of SQL, Python, and business intelligence platforms.
What you'll do#
- Develop, maintain, and validate operational reports and dashboards.
- Analyze performance data to spot trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Perform data quality reviews and validate reporting efforts.
- Document business requirements, metric definitions, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical insights.
- Participate in reporting automation and process improvement projects.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss project outcomes and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior or Senior, or a recent graduate within one year of the program start date.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Health Administration.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookup functions.
- Experience with reporting or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks.
- A curious mindset and a willingness to learn new business processes and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
