About the role#
The Strategy and Transformation team works across the organization to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve business performance. As an analyst co-op, you will assist this team by analyzing market trends and supporting strategic planning. You will help leadership make data-driven decisions by tracking initiative performance and developing insights.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student, or a recent graduate within one year of the program start date.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Majors in Economics, Finance, or Health Administration.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must have an Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
