About the role#
The Supplemental Programs Business Analyst Co-op supports the administration, analysis, and improvement of program operations within the Government Markets team. You will work directly with the Supplemental Programs Manager to handle data, business processes, and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in program operations and stakeholder collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Support daily program operations and administration.
- Analyze business data to find trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with provider and vendor communications.
- Create reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Monitor data quality and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to support program goals.
- Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Interest in working with data and solving complex business problems.
- Interest in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Access to an Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.

- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid co-op position with a rolling term.
