About the role#
The Business Insights & Analytics Leadership Development Program (BI&A LDP) internship is a 10-week program for students interested in a career in data and analytics. You will work on active business projects, solve real problems, and participate in technical training led by current program members. This role is based on-site in Hartford, Connecticut, or St. Paul, Minnesota, and runs from June through early August.
What you'll do#
- Complete project work that supports current business needs across various analytics functions.
- Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools to evaluate data quality and accuracy.
- Attend technical training sessions delivered by full-time BI&A LDP participants.
- Develop and present a capstone project focused on business and analytics challenges.
- Engage with company leaders through enterprise-wide events and community outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM-related discipline, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Understanding of data warehouse and ETL processes using Python, SQL, or Snowflake.
- Knowledge of data lakes or experience with Databricks.
- Familiarity with agile concepts and workflows.

- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly range of $28.00 to $30.00.
