About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Software Engineering, Security & Operations Co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within our global technology organization to support modern software delivery, application security, and engineering excellence. This role provides hands-on experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle, including how enterprise applications are designed, built, secured, and deployed.
What you'll do#
- Support software delivery and deployment processes.
- Assist with release readiness and production implementations.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that improve developer productivity.
- Support application security and vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with software engineers, platform engineers, and security teams.
- Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze delivery metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or automation through coursework, projects, or previous internships.
- Strong interest in software engineering, cloud technologies, application security, or software delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Understanding of software deployment, automation, or CI/CD concepts.
- Exposure to application security or secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Git or GitHub.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: January 5th to June 24th, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday).
