About the role#
This internship focuses on scaling change management practices across Canada and US Retirement. You will work on practical tools, reporting, and templates to improve efficiency across the change lifecycle. The role includes hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and executive storytelling. You will finish the term by presenting your outcomes in an executive-ready capstone deliverable.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and delivery of a repeatable, end-to-end change management toolkit.
- Build or enhance standardized change management artifacts, including defining purpose and ownership.
- Partner with change management stakeholders across Canada and the US through working sessions and feedback cycles.
- Improve SharePoint structure, navigation, and content usability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows.
- Prepare change artifacts such as stakeholder impact assessments and change summaries.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program related to business, communications, human resources, organizational change, project management, or technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate information into clear, audience-focused materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and working sessions.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated interest in change management, process improvement, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience creating presentations, templates, or process documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Copilot, or other reporting and AI tools is an asset.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into executive-ready summaries.
