About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience across multiple marketing teams. You will work on digital strategy, website operations, product design, content, and enablement. This role is designed for students who want to support large-scale digital initiatives and gain exposure to real business challenges. You will work in a hybrid environment and may be considered for positions in Events, Marketing Strategy and Operations, Global Retirement Marketing, or Product Design.
What you'll do#
- Build dashboards to visualize marketing data and gather insights.
- Support high-potential digital programs and technology implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate data collection.
- Assist in developing roadmaps for core website capabilities.
- Work with development teams on technical implementation and product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
- Support integrated go-to-market plans with marketing and campaign teams.
- Use user feedback and competitive analysis to support product development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Product Management, or a STEM field.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing strategy and tactics.
- General understanding of digital technologies, such as web and software development.
- Experience with digital analytics tools and content management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- A business-oriented mindset with a focus on data representation.
