About the role#
As a Marketing Student at PCL Construction in Phoenix, you will join a creative team to support visual communication and marketing initiatives. You will work alongside professionals in design, UX/UI, and cinematography to help tell the story of our projects and community impact.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to visual strategies for internal and external communications, including digital brochures, social media content, and photography post-processing.
- Create marketing materials and website content while following corporate brand guidelines.
- Manage project tasks and deadlines as a member of the creative team.
- Design and format engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support their marketing needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graphic design or digital media program at a post-secondary institution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma is an asset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented work habits.

- This is an on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
- The role is full-time and paid.
