About the role#
This co-op position supports the Medicare Marketing team at Independence Blue Cross. You will assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support agent distribution and direct sales channels. This is a full-time, paid role based in Philadelphia.
What you'll do#
- Write and develop marketing content for direct mail, email, and text message campaigns.
- Create and update materials to support various sales channels.
- Route marketing assets through internal review and approval workflows.
- Test digital tools and platforms for functionality.
- Help set up and execute marketing campaigns.
- Track performance metrics such as leads, responses, and applications.
- Assist with budget management and invoice tracking.
- Verify that all marketing materials follow CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and internal compliance standards.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior student status, or a recent graduate within one year of the start date.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- An Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
