About the role#
This co-op role supports the Sales Enablement team at Independence Blue Cross. You will work with a cross-functional group focused on marketing campaigns and sales strategy for federal and state-sponsored health plans, including Medicare. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Philadelphia.
What you'll do#
You will help the team drive success across sales and marketing channels. Your daily work includes:
- Analyzing sales and marketing data with BigQuery, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Performing data quality audits.
- Assisting with the integration of enterprise AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Google NotebookLM.
- Documenting and analyzing processes to support improvement projects.
- Evaluating customer experience insights by listening to calls and reviewing CRM data and AI-generated reports.
- Collaborating with team members on strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising junior, senior, or a recent graduate within one year of the program start date.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SQL and BigQuery is preferred.
- Majors in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- An Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
