About the role#
The Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program (FALDP) internship provides hands-on experience in property and casualty insurance. You will work across various finance disciplines including accounting, auditing, financial planning, reporting, and tax. This program is designed to build your professional competencies and business insight through direct exposure to senior management and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects that build technical skills and business insight.
- Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools.
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Participate in development programming, networking events, and community outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.4 or greater is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is on-site in Hartford, Connecticut, or St. Paul, Minnesota.
- Subsidized housing is available for students living beyond a commutable distance.
