About the role#
The Bond & Specialty Insurance Underwriting Professional Development Program offers an opportunity to gain experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. You will work with a designated coach to build your skills in underwriting, sales, and marketing. This program lasts 10 to 12 weeks, beginning in late May or early June and concluding in mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Complete project work and core assignments.
- Learn to use modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools.
- Apply critical thinking to evaluate the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Participate in the Enterprise Internship experience, including the Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and the Rising Senior Intern Symposium.
- Perform other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor degree.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, Risk Management and Insurance, or Liberal Arts with a business focus.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
