About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship provides students with hands-on experience within the Global Supply Chain and Repair organization. You will work on projects that support the purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution of products and solutions. This is a full-time, paid, hybrid position where you will receive training, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in professional development events.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
- Review and improve existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and visual dashboards to provide visibility on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs.
- Execute a designated individual or team project, presenting actionable recommendations and findings to leadership.
- Develop planning, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills while increasing your technology knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain Operations, or similar.
- Anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and December 2029.
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Practical or academic project experience developing interactive dashboards and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as XLookup, VLookup, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and basic data modeling.
- Prior internship, university research, or capstone project experience analyzing operational datasets.
- Ability to translate complex quantitative data into actionable business narratives and present insights.
- Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a team.

- This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days of in-office attendance.
- Locations: Lincolnshire, Illinois or Holtsville, New York.
