About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support digital marketing, marketing automation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives within the Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) team. You will conduct research, coordinate projects, and assist with performance reporting while gaining exposure to marketing technology and operations.
What you'll do#
- Support digital marketing and paid media initiatives through research, campaign analysis, and reporting.
- Assist with marketing automation tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to AI use-case exploration and experimentation across the GMC organization.
- Support MarTech and platform operations by performing documentation, analysis, and testing.
- Analyze data to generate insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and periodic project reviews to incorporate feedback.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Effective time management skills.

- Locations: San Jose, California or Houston, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid (average of 2 days per week in the office).
- Employment: Full-time internship with a rolling term.
