About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship provides students with a thorough understanding of the global supply chain and repair functions at Zebra Technologies. You will gain hands-on experience through training, professional mentorship, and exposure to various business operations. This is a full-time, paid position designed to prepare you for entry into the professional world.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational datasets to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
- Assist in reviewing and improving existing workflows to drive operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and visual dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs.
- Execute a designated individual or team project and present your findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop planning, organizational, leadership, and team-based work skills.
- Increase your technology knowledge and interpersonal communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- An anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and December 2029.
- Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- Proven leadership and excellence in academic, professional, or extracurricular experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid internship based in either Lincolnshire, Illinois, or Holtsville, New York.
- The role requires at least 3 days of in-office attendance per week.
