About the role#
The Quest Team Co-Director is an advanced student leadership position. You will contribute new vision and energy to the New Student Orientation programs at Lipscomb University. This role helps develop your leadership skills while you assist in managing the orientation process.
What you'll do#
- Participate in key decisions for orientation programs.
- Facilitate the selection process for the Quest Team.
- Design New Student Orientation programs.
- Develop schedules for QuestWeek.
- Champion student leaders and manage student teams throughout the summer.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and the Quest Team.
- Communicate potential conflicts to leadership to ensure the team stays on track.

- This role is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
- This is a part-time position.
- The term is rolling.
- This position is paid and may be federal work study eligible.
