About the role#
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) internship provides a professional work experience focused on business operations. You will gain insight into the company through planned activities and networking opportunities with management. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop and present solutions to relevant business and operations topics.
- Participate in operations and business development curriculum assignments.
- Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence (AI) platforms for data analysis, including evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Collaborate with functional teams such as actuarial, finance, underwriting, and product.
- Engage in areas like operational effectiveness, process analysis, project leadership, and technology enablement.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
- Experience with leadership fundamentals, such as managing a team, leading a project, or serving in a student organization.

- This role is based in Hartford, Connecticut.
- The position is on-site.
- Subsidized housing is available for students living beyond a commutable distance.
