About the role#
Balance Claims is hiring interns to support our operations team. You will work across administrative, customer service, and production departments to gain experience in how construction job files are managed. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly within our internal systems to support active projects.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations across our administrative, customer service, and production teams.
- Manage project files through data entry, documentation handling, and task tracking.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients using our systems.
- Review incoming information for completeness and help route tasks to the right place.
- Participate in workflow execution to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Provide general support to team members and management.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Comfort working in an in-office environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.

- This is a paid, on-site internship located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The position is full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
- We offer rolling start dates.
