About the role#
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program internship provides a foundation for a career in HR. You will work on projects that support the workforce and workplace while gaining insight into business operations. This program includes formal mentorship and exposure to senior leadership through events like the Intern Symposium and community outreach.
What you'll do#
You will join one of our core HR teams, such as Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Analytics, or HR Operations. Your work will include:
- Completing project-based assignments with defined deliverables.
- Using analytical and artificial intelligence tools to evaluate the quality and accuracy of outputs.
- Building technical skills and professional competencies.
- Networking with leadership, management, and fellow interns.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- You have a working knowledge of basic Human Resources concepts and practices.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include St. Paul, Minnesota, and Hartford, Connecticut.
- Subsidized housing is available for students living beyond a commutable distance.
