About the role#
This internship supports the business operations team in La Crosse. You will assist the field organization by providing support for various business systems and processes. This role requires year-round availability while you attend school full-time.
What you'll do#
- Respond to support calls and troubleshoot transaction issues.
- Coach users on system functionality and process tasks.
- Identify process and application problems to provide resolutions.
- Document malfunctioning software.
- Create new user guides and update existing process documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new application deployments.
- Complete application setups.
- Assist with project work within the business operations support team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in a 2 or 4-year program.
- Academic focus in accounting, finance, management information systems, business administration, or computer science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin.
- Residency: You must currently reside in the La Crosse area.
- Modality: Hybrid, with on-site work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday.
- Compensation: $21.00 per hour.
