About the role#
Moore Colson is hiring an Assurance Intern for the Winter 2028 term. This internship runs from January through April 2028 in Atlanta. You will work alongside our audit professionals to gain practical experience in public accounting and audit practice.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements and disclosures based on GAAP.
- Document and test internal controls.
- Help Senior Associates with audit tasks and various projects.
- Take part in audit, review, and compilation engagements.
- Contribute to research and consulting projects.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Up to 2 years of experience in audit or public accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and audit software.
- A CPA license or a plan to pursue one.
- Strong communication skills and a client service mindset.
- A willingness to travel.
