About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the Responsible Investing team at Churchill. You will gain experience in the financial services sector by working on ESG data management and reporting. This is a full-time, paid summer role based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate ESG key performance indicators across new and existing portfolio companies.
- Maintain and update the ESG database to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Attend investment committee meetings for Senior Lending, Private Equity, and Junior Capital businesses to document ESG risks and opportunities.
- Support the Investor Solutions Group and Client Services team with RI DDQs and RFPs.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior (Class of 2028 or 2029) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a sustainability-focused curriculum.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of identifying errors and ensuring consistency.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a team environment.
