About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within the Fund Finance team at Churchill, an investment-specialist affiliate of Nuveen. You will gain exposure to the mechanics of various financing facilities and contribute to the analysis of portfolio performance during the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Develop an understanding of subscription lines, asset-based lending, and CLO transactions.
- Analyze borrowing bases for active financing facilities by reviewing fund and portfolio data.
- Participate in the review of legal documents, including credit agreements and fee letters.
- Summarize data from loan tapes to support portfolio composition and compliance analysis.
- Manage and update internal databases to track transactions and support reporting deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance.
- Status as a rising Junior (Class of 2029) or rising Senior (Class of 2028).
- Superior skills in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
