About the role#
The Talent & Growth Intern will support the Prepare & Grow team in delivering talent and growth experiences for employees and leaders. This role provides hands-on exposure to program operations, data management, and communications for coaching and assessment initiatives. You will work in a collaborative environment to maintain accurate data and clear processes that support development offerings.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a Certified Facilitator Airtable base to track assessment-certified facilitators.
- Analyze and refine coaching data in Airtable and other management tools to improve reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain quarterly reporting templates for custom coaching engagements and assessment usage.
- Perform data pulls, quality assurance, and analytics for coaching and assessment programs.
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the BetterUp Hypesite, including updating content and resources.
- Maintain primary calendars for key executive development events.
- Populate and update leader assessment history to ensure records remain current.
- Create and organize SOPs, workflow documentation, and a central repository for program materials.
- Craft and support education and marketing materials for coaching and assessment programs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree.
- At least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data and communications.
- Compelling written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Airtable, SharePoint, or similar tools beyond basic coursework.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information appropriately.
- Interest in leadership development, talent management, coaching, or organizational development.
- Familiarity with technology, including reporting or data visualization tools and basic analytics.
- Coursework or experience related to HR, organizational behavior, analytics, or process improvement.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Burbank, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to June 2027).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This position is paid at $23.00 per hour.
