    About the role#

    This is a full-time internship for Industrial Engineering students. You will work on-site at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The program runs for either the Summer or Fall 2027 term. You will provide analytic and consulting support to various lines of business, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects focusing on operational planning, workload planning, and forecasting.
    • Apply quantitative techniques such as data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
    • Ensure appropriate methodology and measurements are applied to all projects.
    • Lead and participate in team efforts that require interfacing with cast members and management at all levels.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Unrestricted work authorization.
    • You must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
