About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program designed to develop future supply chain leaders. You will work within our distribution centers, gaining hands-on experience by leading teams and rotating through various business functions. You will be paired with a mentor to guide your development and will present your key accomplishments to leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience across multiple supply chain disciplines and business areas.
- Assist in analyzing supply chain metrics and developing business processes.
- Plan and manage daily or weekly department workloads to meet business goals.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, including pre-shift briefings and roundtables.
- Build professional relationships with hourly staff, peers, and senior leadership.
- Develop leadership skills by managing a frontline workgroup.
- Report your findings and project progress to management.
- Participate in required training sessions, developmental events, and program activities.
- Foster a safe, diverse, and inclusive work culture.
- Adapt to 24/7 operations, which may require working various schedules including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Expected graduation with a bachelor’s degree within one year of the internship completion.
- Proven leadership experience in projects or people management during your academic career.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Must be a self-starter who is eager to learn and accountable.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- Locations: Corona, CA and Fontana, CA.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
