About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an opportunity to gain real-world experience within our distribution centers. You will work closely with a mentor to learn various business functions and develop leadership skills. The program is designed to build future supply chain leaders by placing you in a business-driven environment where you will manage teams and projects. At the end of the summer, you will present your accomplishments and findings to the leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across various supply chain disciplines through departmental rotations.
- Build relationships with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and business processes to report findings to management.
- Plan daily and weekly department workloads to meet business priorities.
- Manage a team to deliver specific goals and facilitate work team meetings.
- Work on projects independently and manage your time effectively.
- Participate in training activities, developmental events, and mentorship opportunities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and secure work culture.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Expected to graduate with a bachelor's degree within one year of the internship completion.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
- Proven leadership experience in projects or people management during your academic career.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take risks, and accept constructive feedback.
- Flexibility for relocation and the ability to work across all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

- Modality: On-site at our distribution center.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
