About the role#
As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a business-driven environment within our distribution centers. This 10-week summer program focuses on developing future supply chain leaders by providing exposure to various business functions and mentorship. You will work closely with a mentor, lead teams, and report your key accomplishments to the leadership team at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Gain an understanding of supply chain functions and disciplines through department rotations.
- Build relationships with hourly team members, peers, and senior leadership.
- Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
- Plan daily and weekly department workloads to meet business goals.
- Manage a team to deliver specific objectives.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, such as pre-shift briefings and roundtables.
- Develop interpersonal skills to lead a frontline workgroup.
- Participate in training, developmental opportunities, and company events.
- Foster a safe, diverse, and inclusive work culture.
- Manage projects and your own time without constant supervision.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Expected to graduate with a bachelor’s degree within one year of internship completion.
- Proven leadership experience in projects or people management during your academic career.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick decisions.
- Effective communication skills for both oral and written presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn, take risks, and accept constructive feedback.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027)
- Modality: On-site at the Corona Central Fill Distribution Center
- Employment: Full-time
- Schedule: Flexibility is required to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
