About the role#
As a Client Financial Services Intern, you will apply your academic knowledge in a professional business environment. You will work on real business initiatives, collaborate with team members and leaders, and contribute to projects that support our operations. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database.
- Serve as a key contact for large revenue, government, and retail customers.
- Lead efforts to resolve invoice inaccuracies and perform customer audits.
- Develop and present customized customer reports and Business Review Presentations to management.
- Maintain formulary contracts, internal customer logs, and contract documentation files in the MetaStorm system.
- Identify and resolve contract discrepancies and address pricing issues with customers.
- Support management initiatives and participate in contract administration projects.
- Assist in training related to contract administration and corporate compliance policies.
- Participate in customer visits as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related financial field.
- Preferred status as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and team-building abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership throughout your academic career.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility for relocation.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
