About the role#
The Data Analyst Intern will join the Data Strategy and Governance team to support initiatives across data, model, and AI governance. This role provides hands-on experience in data quality and enterprise governance. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and support the responsible management of data and AI solutions. You will gain exposure to analytics, risk management, and regulatory practices throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Support data, model, and AI governance initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and report data to inform governance and business decisions.
- Build dashboards, reports, metrics, and monitoring tools to track data quality.
- Assist with data quality assessments, metadata management, and governance documentation.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Communicate insights and recommendations through reports and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Deliver a final presentation to leadership regarding your accomplishments and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Technical experience with SQL, Excel, Python, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Interest in data governance, data quality, model risk management, or enterprise data management.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and collaborate across diverse teams.

- Location: Worcester, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $26 - $32 per hour.
