About the role#
As a Project Control Intern, you will support project teams by tracking costs, analyzing schedules, and monitoring productivity. You will forecast financial performance and identify ways to improve project outcomes. You will work alongside project managers, operations teams, and trade partners to implement processes that drive schedule adherence and budget performance. This role provides exposure to earned value management, production planning, and financial reporting.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Evidence of high academic achievement.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with making cold and warm phone calls to build relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior work or internship experience is preferred.
- Prior elected leadership experience is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: San Francisco, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $25 to $29 per hour.
