About the role#
As a Real Estate Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic marketing and business development initiatives. You will work alongside marketing and business development professionals to drive growth across our real estate development portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and analyze CRM data.
- Support the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Research local markets and monitor competitive activity.
- Develop insights to help inform business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university, with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong communication skills and comfort making cold and warm phone calls to build relationships.
- A strong desire and aptitude to pursue a career in commercial real estate and the construction industry.
- Goal-oriented mindset with evidence of high academic achievement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Prior work experience is preferred, and elected leadership experience is a plus.
