About the role#
As a Quality Services Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting quality assurance and quality control efforts on active construction projects. You will work alongside project teams and quality professionals to assist with inspections, documentation reviews, and verification activities. This role involves ensuring work meets project specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.
What you'll do#

- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners.
- Identify improvement opportunities and track quality performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in an accredited undergraduate program.
- Preferred majors include Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with making cold and warm phone calls to build relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on personal development.
- Evidence of high academic achievement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
- Elected leadership experience is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- Employment: Full-time, paid internship with an anticipated hourly range of $21 to $25 per hour.
