About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at The Boldt Company, you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and strengthen engagement with employees, clients, and industry partners. You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals to develop content and campaigns, support graphic design projects across digital and print platforms, and contribute to brand storytelling and internal communications efforts.

What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Evidence of high academic achievement.
- Prior elected leadership experience is preferred.
- Passion for the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort with cold and warm phone calls.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Prior work experience is preferred.
- Engagement with Boldt through career fairs, networking events, or campus recruiting activities is preferred.

- Compensation: $21 to $23 per hour.
