About the role#
This position is a developmental program for nursing students. You will gain clinical experience in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The role involves participating in a guided training program aligned with the scope of practice defined by the State Board of Nursing.
What you'll do#
- Assist Registered Nursing staff with daily patient care activities.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Report significant patient observations to a Registered Nurse.
- Engage in a guided training and development program to build your clinical skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited RN program.
- Completion of your first clinical rotation.
- Valid AHA BLS certification.
