About the role#
The Nursing Student Knowledge Program provides tuition support to healthcare students. This program assists you in completing your degree with the expectation that you will join Baptist Health La Grange after graduation. Funding is forgiven as you reach specific tenure milestones. Generally, you will commit to one year of work for every $10,000 in funding received.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the Nursing Student Knowledge Program.
- Maintain high standards of performance and attendance throughout your studies.
- Submit a program survey.
- Provide a one-page document detailing your career plans and how you intend to use the funding.
- Commit to employment at Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation.
- Meet program-specific tenure milestones to ensure tuition forgiveness.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment or acceptance in an applicable degree program such as Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration.
- Enrollment in the program prior to your graduation date.
- A current transcript showing your GPA.
- A copy of your program acceptance letter.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from a clinical instructor or employer.
- If you are a current employee, you must be in good standing regarding your performance and attendance.
