About the role#
This is a part-time, paid position for a Respiratory Therapy Student Tech. You will work on-site in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is PRN and requires working every third weekend.
What you'll do#
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and diseases.
- Deliver medicated and non-medicated therapies as ordered by a provider.
- Manage departmental supplies and equipment to assist with daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care.
- An active student Limited Certificate from the Kentucky Board for Respiratory Care.
- Ability to provide continuous proof of progression through your program via a checklist.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
